Get in touch

The fastest way to reach us is email at [email protected]. Tell us which page you were on and, if something failed, paste the TikTok link you tried - it makes the problem much easier to reproduce. We usually reply within a few business days.

Privacy and data requests

To ask what data we hold about you, to request deletion, or to object to processing under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar laws, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request". See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we keep it.

Copyright concerns

dddtiktok does not host video files; it links to publicly available content on TikTok's own servers. If you are a rights holder and believe the tool is being used to infringe your copyright, write to [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright", tell us which works are affected, and we will review your request promptly.

Feedback

Missing a feature, found a bug, or want to suggest a new language for the site? We read every message and your feedback directly shapes what we build next.
